By using this site and the services offered by milapsychic, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.  You are advised to read all terms and conditions in full to the end of this page before using any of the sites and services as, amongst other things, they clarify the limitations on the liability of Us to You and govern the agreement between You and Us. If you do not agree to these terms you must not use any of my websites or any services offered by milapsychic.

Services referred to include all personal readings.

Milapsychic (“we” or “us”) refers the provider of the milapsychic site.  “You or you” is intended to refer to you or anyone using any this site.  The general terms of use (“the Terms”) are those that, in using any of Mila Psychic's sites, you agreed to be bound by.

All material on this website is presented for the purpose of education and free exchange of ideas and speech.  It is provided for your information only and may not be construed as any kind of advice or instruction related to any area of your life, and particularly those related to health, law or finance.

We strongly advise you that you should not take any action, nor desist from taking any action, based solely on the contents of what you might read here.  If you have any concerns related to your health, the law or finance, you should always consult a suitably qualified and licensed professional.

If you provide us with a testimonial for any of the services that we offer, we reserve the right to use them for marketing or advertising purposes.  We may need to shorten what you say, but we will never change it to alter the meaning. We will use your first name and protect all other aspects of your identity.  We may contact you to specifically seek written permission to use your testimonials and ask for your address.  We are required to do this and that information will never be used for marketing purposes, nor will it be passed to anyone else.

Psychic Services

All of the psychic, clairvoyant, mediumistic or astrological readings that are given are done are completed in good faith, but in some instances, the information may represent opinion or judgment. I cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information given during the time of the reading.

I want to make it clear that I am not qualified counsellor, nor qualified medical professional, nor I hold any qualifications in law or finance and make no claims to this regard. A Reader may, from time to time, offer a personal opinion, but this does not constitute a consultation, may it be legal, financial or any sort of professional counselling.

I believe in your individual power to transform your life. By law, I am legally obligated to state that Readings and channeled messages are for entertainment purposes only, information provided during the reading shall not be used as a substitute for professional, financial, medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.

In using my services, you must understand that I do not provide recommendations, counselling, nor give any directions for you to follow.  In particular, if you have any medical conditions that you are concerned about, you should always consult a qualified member of the medical profession for advice and treatment. Any opinions that Readers offer related to the spiritual aspect of any health issue are NOT a substitute for treatment by the medical profession and I strongly urge you not to use or see them as such.

You must be at least eighteen years of age to order a reading. 

Tarot readings from milapsychic are simply a conversation between two people and the cards, and are intended for entertainment purposes only. No guarantees are made, other than to deliver tarot services purchased as described. By ordering a tarot reading, you accept full responsibility for any action you take following your reading.

Your tarot reading is about you, and what you can do to create the life you want for yourself. A tarot reading is not a substitute for appropriate medical, legal or other professional advice. If I believe you will be better served by professional advice, I will cancel your reading and issue a full refund. I reserve the right to refuse any reading at my discretion, and in the very rare event that this occurs, will issue a full refund. 

All readings are given the utmost care and attention. I am happy to discuss your reading with you in detail, however any additional questions asked or requests for more cards pulled will be considered a new order and must be placed as such through this website.

I respect your privacy. All parts of your communication with me, including your identity, contact information, email correspondence, and tarot reading, are stored securely and will not be disclosed to any other parties. I will never sell or share your information with a third party, or use it for any purpose other than that which you expressly permit.
